We look forward to open on June 15th and to share the magic of the mountains with you again. In order to make your holiday as pleasant as possible, we have of course implemented adequate measures to comply with the regulations and sufficient possibilities for viral protection will be available. Apart from that, the extensive and quiet hiking area at the end of the Casies Valley offers the best conditions to recharge your batteries away from the masses.   

As already announced at the end of April, we have adapted the cancellation conditions for this summer.  For all bookings made from April 25th onwards and covering the period until the beginning of November 2020, the following cancellation conditions apply. Up to 7 days before arrival, cancellations can be made free of charge if cancellation is necessary due to the Corona epidemic. In addition, no deposit is required for new bookings which have been made till 04. August 2020. For all bookings made before April 25th, which are affected by the Corona Epidemic, we will treat you with courtesy and propose adequate solutions. Just contact us by email.

Update 04.08.2020: Unfortunately we had to find out that our new regulation concerning the deposit of your holiday was shamelessly abused in some cases and that an incorrect behaviour was detected. For this reason we will return to our usual confirmation procedure and will demand a deposit of 20% to fix a booking.
