And this good cup is presented to you by Seppila in our Hotel lounge once a week.  You will be able to taste specialties made of local herbs, flowers, berries and roots, like the hay-schnapps or the smooth and velvety Edelweiß-schnapps. After a glass or two, Jimmy Holzer will also present you the new book “Eatable pasture – adventurous cooking done with South Tyrolean weeds”.
