"Hotel La Casies" introductory early booking bonus

Book your holiday at Hotel La Casies up to 3 months before your holiday starts and you receive an early booking bonus of 5% off the half-board price. Not valid in combination with special deals or during the high season.

Binding booking and deposit

Your reservation at Hotel La Casies is considered binding as soon as we receive your booking request and confirm it in writing. In addition, a deposit of 20% of the price of your stay is required as security for your booking.  If you have deposited your credit card, the deposit will be deducted from the card or, in the event of a cancellation, charged with the cancellation fee. In case of a booking, we kindly ask you to transfer the deposit within 2 days or, in case of a short-notice arrival, to give us your credit card details by phone.

We also ask you to read through our cancellation terms and conditions. You agree to these as soon as you confirm your booking. We also remind you that when you confirm a booking at La Casies, you should take it seriously and stick to the agreements. Thank you very much!

Booking spa treatments

We recommend you to book your chosen massage or beauty treatment in time, ideally before embarking on your holiday with us to secure your preferred time slot. Simply phone us on +39 0474 978441 or contact us via email: beauty@ lacasies.com.

Vouchers or spa services

Vouchers or spa services which are included in the deal cannot be transferred onto other guests or exchanged for other services. If a voucher or spa service is not consummated, it cannot be reimbursed. If no more appointments are available (in case of a late booking of the included services), these cannot be reimbursed either. 

Board at Hotel La Casies

Room prices include 3/4 board (breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner). If you would just like bed and breakfast we will deduct EUR 8.00 from the half-board price. The price of any meals not consumed will not be deducted from the total price.

Single occupancy of double room

We charge a 30% supplement on the room category for single occupancy of a double room (according to price list).

Arrival and departure

The rooms at Hotel La Casies are available from 2.00 p.m. on your day of arrival. If you are arriving after 8.00 p.m. we ask you to let us know in good time beforehand.
If you are travelling by train or plane, we offer you a pick-up service from Monguelfo/Welsberg train station as well as Bolzano/Bozen, Innsbruck and Verona airports on request.
Please vacate your room by 10.0 a.m. on your day of departure.

Car park

Right next to the main entrance there are two check in parking lots which you can use upon arrival. After checking in, you can park your vehicle in our free and video-monitored parking lot, located directly behind the house (not covered - no underground parking).

If you arrive in winter, we recommend not only the obligatory winter tires, but also suitable winter gasoline to refuel. This is offered at all petrol stations in the Alpine region. Thus, it can be avoided that the fuel freezes at particularly low temperatures and a pleasant departure is possible.

Hotel Ski Shuttle - Skiresort Plan de Corones (Kronplatz)

In winter we offer a daily ski shuttle service to the Plan de Corones (Kronplatz) or to the ski lift in Gsies. This is exclusively intended for our guests to make it as pleasant as possible to reach the ski area. The hotel bus departs at 09:00 daily and picks you up at 16:00 at the valley station "Gassl". If you want to leave sooner or later, you can also use the free ski bus.

Registration for the La Casies ski shuttle the day before is compulsory. Simply contact the reception.

Late check-out

You can leave later than 10.30 a.m. on request. If you depart before 1.00 p.m. we charge 30% of the room price and 70% if you leave by 5.00 p.m.

If you prefer a late check-out without a room, you can book the use of the spa, pool and changing room for € 15.00 per person, or for an additional € 10.00 per person you can also enjoy the afternoon snack on the day of departure.

Local tax

In addition to the price of your package, we charge a local tax of EUR 3.70 per person (aged 14 or older) per day at the resort. The revenue from this local tax goes to the municipality and will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax is due for payment when you leave and is listed separately on the bill.

Cancellation

Our cancellation conditions:

• Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge (except for the deposit).
• For cancellations made 30 days to 8 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the booked stay.
• For cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival, we charge 80% of the total price.
• In case of no-show the full amount will be charged.
• In case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the agreed daily price will be charged per unused day.

Our cancellation conditions are applied regardless of whether the cancelled room can be re-rented to other guests.

Cancellation, non-arrival or premature departure is a unilateral breach of contract which, according to art. 1218 cc, obliges to pay compensation. 

Insure your holiday therefore, to avoid these kinds of costs. As a special service we offer you our travel cancellation insurance.

Travel cancellation insurance

If you have to delay the hotel stay you have booked Hotel La Casies or cannot go on holiday at all or have to end it early, you may incur cancellation charges. We recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid incurring costs in these kinds of cases. Once you have taken out insurance the European travel insurance takes over any costs incurred. Take out travel cancellation insurance here.

Payments

The hotel bill can be paid in cash or by EC card; we also accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard).
Please also check the bill when you pay it as we cannot consider any complaints made after you have left.

Dogs and small pets

Dogs and small pets are allowed on request, we charge EUR 15.00 per day (without food). We ask for your understanding that your dog is not allowed in the dining hall, pool area, relax lawn in front of the structure or spa area and please bring a blanket with you from home. We are entitled to invoice you for any damage caused by your pet when you leave.

Alternatively, you can dine with your dog in our "Stube". Let us know if you wish so.Nevertheless, we would like to point out that on certain days our Lärchenstube is used for events that can also take place at short notice. For this reason we ask for your understanding if we cannot offer the Lärchenstube as a dining room for you and your dog on those days. Alternatively the terrace can be used if the temperatures are adequate, otherwise we ask you to dine on those days without your dog.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number or floor. We try to consider your wishes. This also applies to requests for tables in the individual dining rooms.
We do not accept liability for any items left behind.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms at Hotel La Casies.
