After heating up in our saunas a fresh cooling down awaits you. Whether with experience or as a newcomer, there is something for everyone. First, next to the waterfall, there is a small natural shower where you can regulate the water with a cable. For all those who want more, the waterfall is waiting with all its freshness.

Alternatively, the Nature and Kneipp Parcour awaits you. Barefoot into the forest, feeling "yourself" on different materials and finally stepping into the stream. Kneipp stimulates circulation, blood circulation, promotes sleep, strengthens the veins and varicose veins.

Both are located in the immediate vicinity of our Mountain Spa and thus contribute directly to your sauna experience.
